  1. Download the app and make an account

    That is the whole setup. You don't have to configure anything.

  2. Send us the first task

    Send it messy. A task, a forwarded email, a screenshot, a voice note, whatever it looks like in your head right now. Working out what is actually delegatable is our job, not yours.

  3. We come back with questions, then with the work

    We ask what we need to ask and agree what done looks like for you. Anything that costs money goes past you first.

  4. Keep going, or don't

    Your first 4 hours are free. If it's useful, pick a membership. If it's not, you owe nothing and the app stays free either way.

Private by design.

by Cordo handles personal tasks, messages, documents, and preferences with practical safeguards from the start.

  • Confidentiality is written into the service agreement you accept before any work begins
  • GDPR standards apply to every client, wherever in the world you live
  • Your tasks, messages and files sit on EU infrastructure. The few providers we use outside the EU work under Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Logins you share for a single task are deleted within 48 hours of that task being finished
  • Nothing gets bought without your written go-ahead
  • AI is always optional. If you would rather we used none of it, you lose nothing in service quality
  • No payment details are held in the app, and no client data is ever used for training or resale
  • Close your account in the app whenever you like. Your data goes within 30 days

What we asked
Three questions. Which of the two arrival dates, because at €800 the difference between three and four nights changes what is possible. Whether they were travelling alone. And what kind of bike, since secure parking works differently for a large touring bike than a standard one.
What went back
A one-page brief with the places that met all three requirements. Per option: the nightly rate against the budget, what the outdoor space actually is, and how the parking works. We also said where €800 does and does not stretch in that city, so they could decide whether to move the number or move the requirement.

The groomer

What our client sent us
“My dog's groomer comes to the house, which I want to keep. It's almost $200 every ten weeks and the cut could honestly be better. I don't want to spend my weekend calling people.”

Whether the in-home part or the price mattered more, since those two usually pull in different directions.
What went back
A tracker of sixteen groomers who could reach the neighbourhood, sorted into strong leads, backups and ones to skip. Two of them specialise in senior dogs, which mattered for a twelve-year-old.Then we made the calls. A local salon put us onto one of their groomers who does house calls. She takes dogs, she covers the neighbourhood, and she charges $150. Cheaper than what our client was already paying, still at the house, and she offered dates.
